Peer Review Process
Submitted manuscripts will be pre-reviewed by the editors. The Editor(s) will determine whether the manuscripts have conformed to the submission guidelines of the Journal. Manuscripts which have conformed to the Journal’s style will be peer-reviewed. The Journal applies a double-blind peer-review process which involves reviewers of experts in the relevant field of legal studies. Every submitted paper will be reviewed by at least two peer-reviewers. Final decision of manuscript acceptance is solely decided by the editors according to reviewers' comment.
Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are not allowed. The Journal encourages authors to ensure their manuscript is original and plagiarism free. However, the Journal uses a plagiarism tool to screen manuscripts before they are published. Detection of overlapping and similar text is used there and so quotations and appropriate citations have to be used whenever required.
The editorial board makes a decision upon the reviewer's comments or advice. The task of reviewers is to give an assessment on originality, clarity of presentation, contribution to the field/science. The Journal has four kinds of decisions regarding the submission as follows:
1. Accepted
2. Accepted with Minor Revisions (let authors revised with stipulated time)
3. Accepted with Major Revisions (let authors revised with stipulated time)
4. Rejected (generally, on grounds of the outside of scope and aim, major technical description problems, lack of clarity of presentation)
