The struggle for custody of minors is the subject of dispute in the implementation between the decision and the implementation of the decision which is difficult to implement where the decision explains that the custody of the child falls to the mother but in reality, the child is still in the care of his father. This basis is of research interest so the purpose of this research is to find out the implementation or execution of the Purwokerto Court Decision Number 1857/Pdt.G/2017/PA.Pwt jo Semarang Religious High Court Decision Number 170/Pdt.G/2018/PTA.Smg jo Supreme Court RI Decision Number 57/K/Ag/2019 regarding child custody and knowing the legal protection of children after court decisions. The research method used was normative juridical and limited empirical juridical. Based on the results of the research, showed that there was no system for executing decisions related to child custody, so the Defendant requested assistance from the local village head, security represented by Babinsa, police, Women and Children Services Unit (PPA), but the Plaintiff was offered various options but the process is long. Therefore, in addition to the court decision determining that custody was to be given to Plaintiff, the transfer of care was made because the child did not feel comfortable with Defendant and was willing to live with Plaintiff as his biological mother, which facilitated the process of transferring control of the child. The legal protection given to the child after the divorce of his parents was that the child still got maintenance from his parents, especially from his father, if the child born in the family was a girl then his biological father remains the guardian of the marriage, the relationship between parents and children was valid forever even though there was a divorce the child still gets inheritance from his parents.
Muhammad Fikri Mubarok Diah Arimbi Endang Eko Wati Copyright (c) 2024 Economics, Social, and Humanities Journal (Esochum) 2024-05-05 2024-05-05 3 2 71 84 ANALYSING THE TYPES OF ENGLISH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES OF THAI STUDENTS IN INDONESIA https://jurnal.unupurwokerto.ac.id/index.php/esochum/article/view/281
This research aimed to find out students’ difficulties in learning English. MAIMUN ZUBAIR TENTANG METODE PENETAPAN AWAL BULAN RAMADHAN DAN SYAWAL DALAM KITAB NUSUS AL-AKHYAR DAN RISALAH FI MAUQIFINA HAULA AS-SAUM WA AL-IFTAR https://jurnal.unupurwokerto.ac.id/index.php/esochum/article/view/283
K.H. Maimun Zubair or often known as Mbah Mun is known not only as a community leader and cleric but is highly respected by scholars at the national and international levels. He is a writer who has a variety of works. Some of his book are Nusus al-Akhyar and Risalah Fi Mauqifina Haula as-Saum Wa al-Iftar. This article examines Mbah Mun's method in determining the beginning of Ramadan and Shawwal as written in the books Nusus al-Akhyar and Risalah Fi Mauqifina Haula as-Saum Wa al-Iftar. This research is a qualitative research with primary data sourced from the book Nusus al-Akhyar and Risalah Fi Mauqifina Haula as-Saum Wa al-Iftar, the results of interviews, as well as various documents related to the focus of research. The data were analysed to answer the research problem. The results showed that in both books Mbah Mun explains how the method of determining the beginning of Ramadan and Shawwal is not only using astronomical calculations but must also be proven by rukyah bil fi'li. For him, rukyah bil fi'li is more certain than using calculations. While in his calculations, he tends to use the calculation of the Aboge Islamic Javanese Calendar as a basis for determining approximately when the beginning of the month of Ramadan or Shawwal occurs. Mbah Mun revealed that in rukyah bil fi'li it must be based on calculations but in its determination, it must wait for the results of rukyah. If it is not seen then the existing month must be completed to 30 days. Secondly, this study shows that in determining the beginning of the months of Ramadan and Shawwal, Muslims must follow the government's decision, which in this case is represented by the Ministry of Religious Affairs by considering the overall benefit so that there is no confusion between people.
Imam Labib Hibaurrohman Copyright (c) 2024 Economics, Social, and Humanities Journal (Esochum) 2024-05-16 2024-05-16 3 2 113 130 PERANAN SIKAP LINGKUNGAN DALAM TERBENTUKNYA NIAT BERPERILAKU HIJAU DI KALANGAN MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS NAHDLATUL ULAMA PURWOKERTO https://jurnal.unupurwokerto.ac.id/index.php/esochum/article/view/284
This research addresses the serious global environmental challenges faced by the world today, focusing on climate change caused by greenhouse gas pollution and its detrimental impacts such as flooding, disease, and environmental damage. It emphasises the need for collective efforts from all elements of society, including university students, to address this environmental crisis and build a more sustainable future. By referring to Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Purwokerto as a case study, this research explains how Islamic principles of environmental sustainability have been integrated in education at an Islamic-based educational institution. Equipped with a literature review that investigates the theory of planned behaviour and the concept of attitude, as well as a research model that tests hypotheses about the relationship between attitude and green behavioural intention, this study shows that attitude has a significant influence on the intention to behave green. Data analysis shows that attitude variables can moderately explain green behavioural intentions, but there may be other variables that influence this process more strongly. The research conclusions highlight the importance of organisational support in strengthening the interaction between attitude and behaviour, suggesting that a deeper understanding of these dynamics could be an interesting and valuable area of research to explore further.
Agung Prasetyo Adityo Nugroho Copyright (c) 2024 Economics, Social, and Humanities Journal (Esochum) 2024-05-17 2024-05-17 3 2 131 139
