<p><strong><em>EL-SANADI Journal</em></strong> is accepting papers on the scholarly study of all aspects of Islam and of the Islamic World. In particular, papers dealing with Islamic Education, Islamic Law, Islamic economics and Business, Qur'anic and Hadith Studies, Islamic Philosophy, Islamic Thought and Literature, Islam and Peace, Science & Civilization in Islam, Islam in local/nation, Islam and gender issues are welcomed. Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of EL-SANADI should obey the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will be rejected by the editors before further reviewed. The editors will only accept the manuscripts which meet the assigned format. <em>EL-SANADI Journal</em> published twice a year (February and August). <p><em>Tarjamah is the process of transferring a meaning from the source language to the target language. Tarjamah is commonly used to get information from other languages, be it in the form of science, culture, health, entertainment and even the beauty of literature. Tarjamah is usually found in the form of sheets, books or books. However, to understand the substance of a discussion in the book, of course, it is necessary to have an appropriate approach and method of tarjamah, this is necessary because translating must pay attention to many factors such as linguistic, socio-cultural, and contextual factors. This study aims to explore and analyze the approach and method of tarjamah in the book of Alala. The method used by the researcher in this study is qualitative analysis with a descriptive approach, where the texts in the Book of Alala are analyzed to understand the position of teachers, teachers' rights, the distinction of teachers and parents, and marial appreciation to teachers. The results of the study show that the translation method and the book of Alala are communicative or dynamic by prioritizing the consistency of language use, cultural context and local influences. The substance of the discussion emphasizes that the teacher is not only a transmitter of knowledge but also a spiritual guide. This concept is relevant to the needs and challenges of education in the contemporary era, where the moral and spiritual values of a teacher are the key in the formation of the character of students.
