The Language Skills Journal presents original research results from researchers of all circles. The main focus of this research is on aspects of Arabic language education and the four language skills, listening, speaking, reading and writing. <p>This research aims to explore and analyze Muhadastah's learning competencies by applying the principles of Andragogy at the Arabic Language Education Institute (LPBA) at the Great Mosque of Sunan Ampel (MASA) Surabaya. The research methodology uses qualitative methods with participants consisting of students and teachers who are involved in Muhadastah learning at LPBA. Participants were selected purposively to ensure appropriate representation of varying levels of Arabic speaking skills. Data was collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and student questionnaires. Class observations were carried out to observe Muhadastah's learning practices using the principles of Andragogy, while interviews with teachers aimed to gain a deeper understanding of the application of Andragogy principles in Muhadastah's learning. In addition, student questionnaires were used to evaluate their perceptions of Muhadastah learning with this approach. The qualitative data collected will be analyzed using a thematic analysis approach, with data organized, coded, and categorized based on themes that emerge from classroom observations, interviews, and questionnaire responses. The research findings highlight the application of Andragogy principles in Muhadastah learning, the challenges in combining these two concepts, as well as the potential and benefits of integration to improve the quality of Arabic language learning. <p>Maulid Simthud Durar is a birthday book by Al-Habib 'Ali Bin Muhammad Bin Husein Al-Habsyi which contains prayers, praise for the prophet Muhammad saw. as well as verses from the Koran written in beautiful language which are related to the study of Bayan Science. Bayan science is the science of how to provide explanations both through tasybih (similarity), majaz (figurative language) and through kinayah (an expression that means polysemy). What the author discusses in this research are the Tasybih and Majaz contained in the Maulid Simthud Durar by Al-Habib 'Ali Bin Muhammad Bin Husein Al-Habsyi. Tasybih is a comparison between two or more things that have the same characteristics (one or more) with a tool, because there is a purpose desired by the speaker. Meanwhile, Majaz is a word that is used not in its original meaning because of relationships (alaqah) and reasons that prevent it from being understood with its original meaning or dictionary meaning. This research is a type of library research, where the Mulid Simthud Durar Book is used as a primary source, as well as other sources as secondary data sources to support this research. Data collection uses the documentation method, where the researcher looks for notes, books, or other data that are related to the Tasybih and Majaz contained in the Maulid Simthud Durar by Al-Habib 'Ali Bin Muhammad Bin Husein Al-Habsyi. In the data analysis method the author uses the content analysis method. The learning applications that can be used in learning Parrot Science are the direct method, translation method and singing method. <p>Bahasa Arab mempunyai gaya bahasa yang unik yaitu sistematis, arbitrer, lisan dan tulisan. Begitu pula dengan pengetahuan bahasa Arab yang terbagi ke dalam berbagai bidang. Mempelajari bahasa Arab akan memaparkan Anda pada berbagai topik. Morfologi atau ilmu shorof adalah salah satunya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aspek-aspek linguistik dalam Al-Qur’an ditinjau dari segi morfologi pada surah <em>An-Naba’</em>. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan (<em>library study</em>) secara kualitatif. Dengan mengumpulkan dan membuat katalog data, analitik deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Ayat-ayat surat <em>An-Naba'</em> dalam Al-Qur'an, jurnal, artikel, dan sumber lainnya dijadikan sebagai sumber data penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kasus morfologi afiksasi yang meliputi prefiks sebanyak 4 kali dalam berbagai macam, infiks 1 kali, sufiks 7 kali, dan konfiks 3 kali. <p>This research investigates students' perspectives on E-Learning within the Merdeka Curriculum in the Department of Arabic Language Education at UIN Mataram. Utilizing two questionnaires, the study reveals that the majority of students provided positive responses to E-Learning, although certain aspects require improvement. Evaluation of Zoom Meeting highlights its strengths and challenges, while Google Meet and Google Classroom are explored as alternative options, each with their own advantages and challenges. <p>Language is very important for us to learn, as is how to pronounce it. In every language there are certain rules and patterns in pronunciation that must be followed in order to be understood well, this is the same with Arabic. Therefore, this research aims to determine the pronunciation ability of Arabic vocabulary in class VIII MTS Al Inayah students. This research was conducted at MTS Al Inayah Bandung City (Cijerokaso Street No.63 RT 07/RW 01, Sarijadi, Sukasari District, Bandung City, West Java), specifically class VIII. The research method we use is a qualitative method. Namely by collecting data directly using an interview system in the form of a one-by-one oral test, to see how fluent the student's ability to pronounce Arabic vocabulary is. This research reveals that the majority of students show great ability in pronunciation of Arabic vocabulary, variations in this ability can be related to the background of previous experience, the intensity of learning Arabic, and the level of student dedication to the lesson material. The analysis shows that students who are consistently involved in pronunciation practice have a better tendency to master Arabic pronunciation skills</p>Latifah Salsabilah
